This vinyasa class explores yoga as a moving meditation through intentional sequencing and creative transitions. Poses are woven together with purpose, allowing the body to unfold naturally as the class progresses. Expect a balance of effort and ease, space to feel into sensation, and a rhythm that supports both exploration and integration.
